- Action produces information. Go and see for yourself.
- Combine data with hunch-driven decisions. Be mindful of sample size; small or biased samples lead to bad decisions.
- Sloppy preparation and sloppy decision-making are never excusable when they are controllable.
- Prioritize sleep.
- Exercise regularly.
- Eat less and healthier. Drink more water.
- Avoid sugar and alcohol.
